Minimum Orders: As wholesalers/distributors, we can not profitably operate on orders valued at less than US $10.00 (not including
shipping/handling).
Returned Checks: Any check returned to us by your bank for any reason will be charged an accommodation fee of $25.00.
Guarantee and Return Policy: All merchandise is fully guaranteed (hand tools are warranted for life). Pictures shown in our
catalogue are representations of the products available. As such, KSP makes no warranties as to inconsequential design changes
and reserve the right to substitute like items of the same or better quality/function without prior notice. Should any item purchased
from us fail to perform in accordance with its particular use, simply return it for exchange, credit or refund**. Any product returned to
us must have an RMA (return merchandise authorization) and be in "new" condition with all hardware, packing and instructions (if
any). Returned products must be received by us within 30 days of the original shipping date on your invoice. In the unlikely event that
you receive
product in damaged condition, please contact us or the shipper immediately. Delays may void your claim of insurance coverage
which will be included with all orders. Shipping and postage costs are not refundable unless either of the following
conditions apply:
1) our error in shipping address or product(s)or 2) warranties service or replacement due to damage or corruption of
digital media.
Return Authorization: All returns must be accompanied by an RMA (return merchandise authorization) which may be obtained by
email rma@kspiano.com, or by calling 503-436-2722 Under no circumstances will RMA's be issued beyond 30 days. Any product
returned without the assigned RMA clearly marked on the outside of the package will be refused.

Shipping: Generally, orders will be processed within 24 hours. When prepaying by personal or business check, shipment may be
delayed to allow for funds verification. Expedited/overnight delivery is also available upon request. Misdirected shipments, by no fault
of ours, will be chargeable to you, per carrier imposition. Please confirm your address with us when ordering.
Back Orders: Back ordered item(s) valued at under $10.00 which can not be sent within 60 days will be purged from our system,
unless otherwise requested.
**Unless defective, the following items are generally not returnable: Custom made or finished merchandise, including, but not limited
to benches & pads, lacquered caster cups, custom bass strings, piano covers, hammers, genuine Ivory (new or used), liquid
polishes, lacquers and adhesives. Copyrighted media, if damaged or corrupted, may be returned for exchange (same product only).
A 15% restocking fee (20% for all non-warranty tool returns) will be applied for any product returned to us which was not a result of
our shipping error. In the event that a product is returned to us for which defect is claimed, and we are denied the option to claim
insurance, repair or replace the item, a restocking fee will apply and no refund of carriage fees will be made. Any amounts paid by us
under promotion (free shipping, etc.) will also be chargeable to the customer in addition to restocking fees. A $15.00 charge will be
assessed for any factory-packaged item (tuners, benches, lamps, etc.) returned to us without ALL original packaging and
accessories intact.
